Personal injury generally involves a citizen vs citizen in matters such as auto accidents or slips and falls. Though, it can relate to any case where a person is injured bodily by the negligent or intentional act of another person. Wrongful death is also included within the concept of personal injury cases. Another concept related to personal injury is products liability whereby persons are hurt due to defective products.

Over my 17 years as a lawyer I have successfully prosecuted personal injury cases caused by the negligent use of  vehicles and boats. Also, negligence causing slips and falls, as well as product liability matters.
